Add the grated carrots and celery and allow to sweat\u00a0 unil soft.<\/li><li>Turn up the heat, add the mince and brown off.\u00a0<\/li><li>Pour in the passata, red wine, and add the honey.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li><li>Next add the chopped mushrooms. Season to taste with the oregano, salt and pepper.<\/li><li>Turn down the heat to low and simmer gently for at least one hour to allow the sauce to thicken and\u00a0 all the delicious flavours to develop.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-25 elementor-inner-column elementor-element elementor-element-08cfff0\" data-id=\"08cfff0\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-eee1d32 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"eee1d32\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>When the filling is ready, make the cheese sauce.<\/p><ul><li>Melt the butter in a saucepan then add the flour. Keep the &#8216;roux&#8217; moving in the pan for about 1 min.<\/li><li>Add the warmed milk a little at a time, whisking continuously.\u00a0 It will look awful at first but be patient.<\/li><li>Once all the milk is added, season with salt and pepper and keep whisking to remove all the lumps. Allow the sauce to thicken.\u00a0<\/li><li>Then add the cheese and stir it in as it melts.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-25 elementor-inner-column elementor-element elementor-element-a1744c7\" data-id=\"a1744c7\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-fd361b0 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"fd361b0\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul><li>To make up the lasagne, first put a spoonful or two of the cheese sauce on the bottom of your ovenproof dish.\u00a0<\/li><li>Layer a single layer of lasagne sheets on top of the sauce. DO NOT overlap the sheets.\u00a0<\/li><li>Add a half of the meat mixture, add another single layer of lasagne sheets.<\/li><li>The remaining mixture goes in next.
